Booking terms.
Updated 6 October 2026
These terms describe discovery-call scheduling through Baybayin Studio. For questions, contact baybayinstudio@gmail.com.
Your discovery call
Discovery calls are scheduled for 60 minutes using Google Meet. The website shows appointment times in Philippine time (UTC+8). Please use an email address you can access so you can receive the invitation and meeting information.
Availability and confirmation
Displayed times are checked against the studio calendar. Selecting a time does not reserve it; availability is checked again when you confirm. A call is confirmed only when the booking service reports success and creates the calendar appointment.
The custom scheduler offers bookings with at least 24 hours' notice and up to 60 days ahead. If it is unavailable, you can use the linked Google booking page or contact the studio.
If confirmation fails, follow the on-screen retry instructions or contact us. Check your calendar and email before starting another booking if you are unsure whether the first request succeeded.
Changing your appointment
If you need to cancel or reschedule, email baybayinstudio@gmail.com with your booking email and appointment time. Please let us know as early as possible. The custom scheduler permits one upcoming discovery call per email address. The studio can cancel a call through its private booking manager; Google is then asked to notify the attendee.
Project details and pricing
Use the form to tell us about your own project and provide accurate contact details. Please leave out passwords, payment details and private guest records.
The booking form does not collect payment. Scheduling a discovery call does not approve a project scope or reserve promotional availability. Project scope, fees, delivery dates and any offer eligibility are confirmed separately with the studio.
Privacy and third-party services
We use Cloudflare for hosting and the custom scheduling service, and Google for calendar invitations and Meet. Read our privacy policy for how contact information, project briefs and calendar data are handled.
Using Google Calendar or Meet is also subject to Google's applicable terms and privacy policy.
